Return window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Requests submitted after 30 days will not be accepted.

Eligibility

Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging. Personalized items, gift cards, and final-sale items cannot be returned.

How to start a return

Email hello@pawfriendsco.com within the 30-day window with your order number and reason for return. We will reply with return instructions.

Return shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels. We recommend a tracked service \u2014 we cannot refund items that are lost in transit.

Exception: if the item arrived damaged, defective, or wrong, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will cover the return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Exchanges

For defective or damaged items, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a free replacement.
