At PawFriendsCo, we aim to make your shopping experience smooth and transparent. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


Returns

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your item. Return requests submitted after 30 days will not be accepted under any circumstances.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • In resalable condition

  • With all original tags attached

  • In original packaging, fully intact

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, use, alteration, or damage of any kind.

To request a return, you must contact us at hello@pawfriendsco.com within the 30-day return window. Returns sent without prior authorization will be automatically rejected and returned to the sender at the customer’s expense.

Once your request is reviewed, we will determine eligibility and, if approved, provide detailed return instructions.

All return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Inspection & Approval

All returned items are subject to inspection upon arrival. PawFriendsCo reserves full discretion to:

  • Reject returns that do not meet our condition standards

  • Apply partial refunds for items returned with damaged packaging, missing components, or signs of handling

  • Refuse refunds entirely if eligibility requirements are not met

Our decision following inspection is final.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Customers must inspect their order immediately upon delivery.

Claims for defective, damaged, or incorrect items must be reported to hello@pawfriendsco.com within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photographic evidence.

Failure to report issues within this timeframe may result in the claim being denied.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

  • Gift cards

  • Personal care and grooming products

  • Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items

  • Perishable goods

No exceptions will be made.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If your return is approved, you may place a new order separately based on current pricing and product availability.


European Union Customers – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you may exercise your statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must meet the same eligibility and condition requirements outlined above. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds may be reduced to reflect any diminished value of goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and function.


Refunds

If your return is approved after inspection, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note:

  • Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution

  • Refunds may be delayed, reduced, or denied if return conditions are not met

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@pawfriendsco.com.
